Editorial Standards
The rules behind these 6 pages: our sources, our checks and our commercial disclosure.
Go to FxProHow a fact gets onto the page
Nothing goes on the page until its source can be named. Anything that varies by jurisdiction is checked for India and not copied from the broker's global page. Where a figure cannot be confirmed we omit it; we do not round, average or infer it.
What we earn and how
Some links on this site are partner links: if a reader opens an account through one, we may be paid a commission at no additional cost to them. Commission never changes what a page says. We have no paid placements and no sponsored verdicts. We are not Nuvama (Edelweiss) and we do not act for it; nothing here is financial advice.
The sources behind these pages
The facts here come from documents, not from marketing: the register of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulates exchange-traded currency derivatives; Reserve Bank of India (RBI) governs foreign exchange under FEMA 1999 and authorises Electronic Trading Platforms (ETPs). Currency derivatives trade on SEBI-recognised exchanges (NSE, BSE, MSE/Metropolitan Stock Exchange). first, then Nuvama (Edelweiss)'s own terms and published fees. For tax and payment questions we use the authorities' own publications (https://www.rbi.org.in). The register itself is public - sebi.gov.in - so any licence claim on this site can be re-checked by the reader in a minute.
How often we update
Trading conditions drift, so each page carries the date it was last checked; our source material for India was last refreshed on 2026-07-07. We update the page and its date together. Manipulating publication dates is the opposite of what dates are for.
